Download this file and run it. It is self-extracting and will install the Upgrade Wizard on your computer.

Once Upgrade Wizard is installed on your computer, double click on the Sabine Upgrade Wizard icon. Follow the step-by-step instructions to download the latest firmware for your Graphi-Q, Graphi-Q2, or SWM7000. NOTE: Before you run this program, you need to connect to the internet using your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Current Upgrade Wizard Version Notes:

Version 4.82 — August 01, 2005
Fixes a problem when running the Upgrade Wizard program on some Asian versions of Windows. You must use this version 4.82 or hgher when upgrading SWM7000 receivers to the latest version of firmware.

Fixes a potential problem when downloading the latest firmware for SWM7000 receivers.

Version 4.6 -- March 16, 2005
Improves connections to Graphi-Q2 units.

Version 4.5 — March 03, 2005
The settings for the new Graphi-Q2 are added. Computer connections to the receiver are improved for the Upgrade Wizard.

Version 4.31— November 17, 2004
Version 4.31 improves the firmware upgrading of single channel receivers. Users of version 4.3 should uninstall that version and install version 4.31.

Version 4.3 — November 15, 2004
Version 4.3 improves performance when upgrading 1.01 PCB receivers (the original production version).

Version 4.2 — October 15, 2004
Version 4.2 adds graphic icons for a friendlier interface, improves copy for more intuitive use, adds an overall progress bar, version number is now embedded in filename and icon, and progress bars now stop at 100% and don’t wrap around.

Version 4.1 — July 8, 2004
Version 4.1 allows flashing of any front panel firmware (required for system 2.37 firmware upgrade).

Version 4.0 — November 17, 2003

You will also find the Sabine Upgrade Wizard on the CD ROM you received with your Graphi-Q or SWM7000 product. Install this program on your computer by running the setup.exe file in the Upgrade Wizard directory. The program will place an black icon on your desktop called “Upgrader.” Double click the Upgrader icon and follow the instructions. NOTE: Before you run this program, you need to connect to the internet using your usual connection program and internet service provider.
Upgrading firmware is simple when downloading the Sabine Upgrade Wizard with the latest firmware and software from the web site or CD-ROM. Once installed, the correct firmware will automatically be placed in a folder inside the Upgrade Wizard (default placement to C:/Program Files/Sabine/Sabine Upgrade Wizard). Default label for the firmware is "grq.bin."
Graphi-Q only: If you acquire new firmware independently of the Sabine Upgrade Wizard (for example, if you already have the Upgrade Wizard installed on your computer before acquiring new firmware), you must place the new firmware inside the folder identified above and rename it grq.bin. Once that is accomplished, you may proceed with the firmware upgrade procedure by checking the “Upgrade GRAPHI-Q firmware” choice on your Upgrade Wizard program. Following this procedure will insure that the firmware loaded into your GRAPHI-Q is the latest and greatest.
